Otsego Public Schools provides parents with several resources to stay connected with your child's education and opportunities at school.

 Accelerated Reader

Home Connect

To access your child's Accelerated Reader scores, you can use Home Connect.  To obtain a username/password for Home Connect, please contact Michelle T. Triemstra, Director of Technology, at (269) 692-6222 or mtriemstra@otsegops.org.

ARBookFind

You can determine if a book is an AR book by using ARBookFind.  ARBookFind also gives you detailed information about the book including a summary, grade level equivalent, and the number of points the book is worth.


 Building Newsletters/Bulletins

Each school creates a newsletter or bulletin.  Elementary newsletters are published weekly (typically on Fridays).  The Middle School publishes monthly newsletters while the High School publishes daily bulletins.

Send Money To School (formerly LunchDeposit.com)

SendMoneyToSchool.com allows parents to deposit money into their child's lunch account.

Free/Reduced

To determine if your child is eligible for free or reduced breakfast and lunch, you can apply at LunchApp.com.  Applications for the upcoming school year can be entered online beginning July 1.  You can also fill out a PDF version of the form by clicking here


 Pinnacle

Pinnacle Internet Viewer (PIV) allows you to view your child's grades and attendance information.  To request a Pinnacle login, please contact Michelle T. Triemstra, Director of Technology, at (269) 692-6222 or mtriemstra@otsegops.org.


 Study Island

If you have Internet access, your child can access Study Island from home as well as school to prepare for the state assessment by going to www.studyisland.com.  Click here to download a Study Island handout for parents.

 Volunteering

Anyone wishing to volunteer in one of our classrooms or buildings, must fill out a Criminal Record Check and History Affidavit. Upon approval, it is good for all activities at all buildings, however, it must be completed every two years. Criminal Record Check and History Affidavit
