Otsego High School proudly offers a wide variety of athletic opportunities for our young men and women to broaden their educational experience.
Following the academic mission of Otsego Public Schools, our student-athletes hold good sportsmanship above any trophy in their drive to always play their best.
2013-14 SCHOOL YEAR SPORTS PHYSICALS
- May 18th, Borgess Bone & Joint Institute
- 8:00am - 10:00am (anyone in line by 10:00am will be seen.)
- Medical Health History form must be COMPLETE and signed by parents.
- There is no cost for this screening.
- A Heart Screening may be included with a signed consent form and will cost $10, payable to Borgess Medical Center.
